ZM hair mainly produce Santa claus wig and beard hair products with yak hair. Yak hair is different with human hair, it has inborn curls, looks like the real beard’s texture. Compared with the soft human hair, Yak hair is thicker and stronger for years’ use and can hold the style longer. If you are first to order / use our products, it is necessory and useful for you to read this below~
1) What color is this yak hair ? It looks more white onine, but when i receive it looks more blonde in the package . Our santa wig beard products are made of quality natural yak hair. It is a white color (with blonde tone) , not snow white; in a dim room light it looks more blonde , in a outside sunny light it looks more white .Be careful if u have special inquiry for the ” white color” , or contact us before order ! If u want a snow white color only the cheap shinning synthetic hair have , real human hair and yak hair don’t have snow white ~ PS: Different backgrounds and lights will infuence the color （all colors have this characteristic ）, u should open the package and wear it on head , go to the outside to see the exact color instead of in the package . Our photos on web are took in a sunny light or outside . U can also check other customers feedback photos to see differences in different places ~
2) Do I need to comb it when receive it ? We sprayed some hair gel to keep the style shape, the style is ready to use . So when u recieve them, don’t need to comb it. If u feel somewhere the hair gel is too hard, really want to comb it and let it feel more soft, u can just comb the first layer of the surface. If u comb the hair completely , it will become super fluffy and the style will be easily gone. Any other questions pls let me know first, we will tell u how to do it well .
3) Do I need to trim the lace ? Yes, you ordered is the lace set , there will be extra lace around, Usually the new sets we will leave longer lace to prove that is new . You can trim the lace along the hairline with a small serrated scissors,leave 1/4″-1/2″ is ok , moustache and eyebrows can be shorter, but be careful, Or the hair knots will come off easily in use.
4) How to store it once received ? Yak hair is easy to turn yellow in direct sunlight and plastic bags .We pack the hair sets in plastic bag for delivery only.Once recieve the goods pls get them out soon . To avoid be pressed, it is better to put them on a suitable tall headforms with face ( good headform has similar head size with your wig cap size, this can hold the wig style well ,have a tall studdle can hold the beard style well ). Then cover the balck hair net and store in a Cabinet，keep them dry and cool for future use .
5) Which kind of glue or adhensive tape is good to use ? The lace wigs and beards are with realistic hairline , it need spirit gum or adhensive tape to stick on face. We don’t sell glue , but suggested by many customers Merhron , Ben Nye , Blue bird , Walker is good in use , and Pros aid is very strong to stick . But as differnt people have different favor , so u still need to try and find the best for u . After each time use , it is better to clean the glue / tape off for next time use .
6) How to wear and take off the lace wig and beard ? How to wear : Can use the sprit gum or double faced adhensive tape. The spriit gum can buy a better longer glue, water and sweat resistant is fine The use of the attention with a cotton swab evenly on the bottom, the skin can also apply some point, careful not to wear too much too much, the effect is not good.
How to remove : if want remove, can use 95% alcohol or glue remover. At the interface of the patch, drop 1-2 drops along the gap of the glue, not too much, because this effect is super good. Then, after 1-3 minutes, glue or lace will be torn open. If there is any residue on the hair or skin, wipe it gently with napkins or wipes.
These things both can buy from amazon or local store, who selling lace wigs and other accessories.
7) How to keep the style stay longer time ? If your set is lasting style such as Y-26, Y-06 , Y-05, B-17 etc. It is easy to maintain and the style will last long time for years, so u don’t need to worry about the style will become loose in use or in rainy days .
If your set is the common style such as Y-30 , Y-39, Y-20 ,
Y-27 etc. These styles will turn loose when long time use, especially
in humid weather , or get wet by accident . So u need to keep the set
in cool and dry . If must to to use in humid weather u can add some
hair spray to avoid it turn loose quickly. After use , clean all the set
and get them dry, add some hair spray to keep the style , then put on a
head block with hair net for next time use .
8) How to wash my yak hair set ? Which kind shampoo to use ? It is the similar washing as human hair wigs or beards (Be awear, most styles ( except the lasting style ) will become complete straight after washing) 1. immersion about 1-2 minutes 2. Add shampoo and gently rub it from top to bottom (Don’t rub , just stroke it from top to bottom again and again or hair will be easy tangled) 3. Wash off bubbles with water 4. Take it out and dry most of the water with a towel 5. Put it on a head model , then use a big tooth comb to comb it until all knots out and hair become smooth . ( Comb the hair ends first , then upper and upper, the last step is the roots ) 6. Natural drying is the best( if use hair dryer , use the cold wind ，high temperature will let yak hair hair become more yellow ）

PS: After washing the most styles (except the lasting styles ) will turn loose or straight , so don’t suggest u to wash it often , only when it need to style it .
9) Can I restyle the hair ? Yes, it can be restyled many times with hair styling tubes. And same as human hair, yak hair can do one-time style with electric curling iron too, but can’t be too high temperature, we usually use 160 Centigrade, 5-6 seconds (or it will become yellow), then add hair spray to keep the style. For our standard yak hair styles, we usually use special factory machine. So if you are not professional on styling , it is better to find professional stylist to do for u or send back to us for the revamp-service.
10) How many times can this lacey set be used ? We ZM Hair mainly do quality lacey sets , how reusable it is depends on which glue u use and how u use and clean , so can’t say exactly .
For the lace, we now have two options : our standard lace is Korean lace, it is thicker and stronger, can use for many years（we have customers have been useing for over 4-6 Christmas seasons); Swiss film lace is imported, it is thinner and softer, more invisiable to match your skin, so looks more realistic, but as it is tender, so need be more careful in use. So this two kinds lace both have advantages and disadvantages, if u are first to use lacey sets, the Korean lace is good for start. Film lace can use for many years too if with good care.
11) How to stick loose yak hair to hide the lace edge and make it looks as hair grows from skin ?
1.Put on beard
2 .Tools needed: brush, sizzors, loose hair and adhesive tape
3.With a brush apply a thin layer of adhesive or Spirit gum just above the lace edge of the beard, allow it to become tacky .
4.Using the loose hair about 3 inches in length apply small amount pressing the edge of the loose hair into the tacky spirt gum or previously applied adhesive. Using the back of the brush hold the loose hair into place until it sets up. Then gently pull away any loose hair that has not adhered into the adhesive. You repeat this process all down the face above the edge of the lace. If you need more add a bit more adhesive and press in more loose hair .
5.This is how it should look as you are applying down the face above the lace line.
6.Once done repeat the process on the other side, it does not take a great deal of hair you are just camouflaging the edge of the lace line giving the appearance of a growing beard.

Notice: You only need small amounts like this as you move down the beard line securing small amounts above the lace. It helps if you cut the hair at an angle before pushing into the applied adhesive. Until March 25th , 2022, we totally got 74 santas , 157 pictures from santas from UK , USA , Canada, France ,Holland, Brazil, Australia, Peru，Romania，etc . Looking at their santa claus beard and wigs ,is perfect!Some customers may don’t have Facebook ; Some may didn’t join us in time ; Some may didn’t get their professional photo yet .
