Thanks for your trust and choosing ZM hair . Many Santa friends have been using ZM Santa products for several seasons, but may do not know well about how to wash and restyle it perfectly. This service is to help keep your Santa hair styles in top condition before the busy Christmas season.
Wig Revamp Service is available from January 2, 2025 – June 30, 2025. Pls notice, no items can be accepted after July 1st, 2025 without approval from Maggie.
Wig Revamp Service is available only for the ZM Santa hair products.
Santa Hair Cleaning and Washing Service:
Washing and Brightening: Santa Wig/Beard $20/ piece
Restyling : Santa Wig/Beard $50/piece
Washing & Restyling:Mustache/Eyebrows $25/piece .
Return Shipping by FedEx: $35/set,extra shipping fee depends
Processing Time : About 2 months once receive the package, if you need it by an exact date , pls let us know in advance .
Service Includes :
1. Products’ inspection and evaluation
2. Repair lace tears, hair loss and glue/tape issues caused by daily use
3. Deep washing and hair conditioner 4. Restyling as inquiry
Service Not Includes:
1. Removal of glue, tape, adhesive or makeup. 2. Significant lace-tearing, broken base and hair loss due to improper care
Shipping Notice:
1. Please make sure all the glue or adhensive tape is cleaned well before packing them.
2. Please leave a card in the packge all with details below : Your name , email, phone number and Quantity of each item + model number
3. We strongly recommend you to use Fedex / DHL to ship back your items for quick and safe delivery .
4. Pls let us know the tracking number once you shipped your items out , once receive it we will notice you within 2 business days .

Exchange Old For New Service
This service is to help our ZM Santas can always use the lastest products. With our washing /restyling and some repair work, we are very glad to help the old sets to go to the suitable Santas who can not afford the news.
Short hair — Long hair

First generation product — New improved product
etc…
In a word, the items you have although they are good in condition, but will never use again and couldn’t be restyled because of the above reason, you can send back and exchange to a new one.
Old Wig / Beard exchange : $50 / Piece (This money can be deducted when order new items on www.zmhair.com )

2. In order to save some shipping fee , you can ship together with other restyling items .
